Réhabilitation complète d'une maison individuelle à Colmar
Le rez-de-chaussée fait l’objet d’une réfection plus légère que les deux niveaux supérieurs.
Dès l’entrée, un grand couloir distribue des pièces de vie jusqu’à déboucher sur deux chambres de dimensions identiques au milieu desquelles se trouve la salle de bain. Au rez-de-chaussée, nous avons conservé ce plan original existant. Nous avons simplement épuré les espaces et isolé l’ensemble acoustiquement et thermiquement.
Au R+1, nous avons réorganisé le plan en plaçant la salle de bain à la place de l’ancienne cuisine, la cuisine à la place de l’une des chambres donnant sur le jardin. Une trémie nouvellement créée entre deux poutres permet la mise en place d’un escalier en bois. Un jeu de faux-plafonds dessinés de façon dynamique s’articule autour de l’escalier et permet d’absorber les différences de hauteurs existantes. Le comble est traité comme un espace ouvert et en chambre d’amis.
